Julian squinted at her like she was lying. "That's the difference between me and you. I see what I want and I know it. I don't have to think about it- if I get a feeling about it, then I know." He leaned back in his chair, "It's just about getting myself to the point where I need the change- or whatever it is." He raised his eyebrows at her, "So, you don't know anything that you could possibly want? No life changing things- like.. No partying? Or anything?" He asked her.
He leaned forward, chuckling. "Did you really just tell me that energy drinks are good for you? That's like saying it's okay to put rat poison in your cereal." He told her, laughing. "Ah, that's a bit dramatic, but really.. What about the crash?"
"No.." He told her, all smiles and smirks faded. "You're never ready when it hits you." He said, looking down at his sweats. "And no- I don't wish you loved me." He said, leaving it at that. He was scared of love. He was actually scared to be hurt, but it's almost the same thing. Love and pain goes hand in hand.

Nicole leaned back as he squinted at her. "I'm pretty spur of the moment. So whenever I do realize what I want I usually get it right away. And of course there would be a difference between me and you. I'm not sure about life changing goals," she frowned. She hated how serious this conversation had turned in a matter of minutes. A few simple words and then bam this conversation. Dreaded.
When Julian leaned forward she leaned forward as well. "Yes Mr. I did just tell you energy drinks are good for you. Buddy you smoke, rat poisioning is in that shit. So pretty much your inhaling rat poisiong which is ten times worse then energy drinks," she smirked. This conversation was a lot better then the other.
She didn't bother to say anything about the love. Like most of their converations had turned from a joke to a serious thing and she didn't feel like having yet another serious talk. She looked at the clock and smiled. "Hell yea five minutes. Think we'd be able to leave now," her gaze never left the clock.

"Well, that's alright. You have your whole life to change whatever you want. You just have to figure it out." He said. "And it's just like I said before- If you don't get what you want.." He said, but stopped. He shook his head and rolled his eyes.
He smiled as she rubbed his habits in his face. "Don't you smoke, too? So.. You're doubley gross." He said, childishly. "AND, you /could/ have one hand. Which would make you a doubley gross-almost-freak."
He glanced at the clock. "Yeah, you're right." He turned back to her, looking a little nervous. "So.. What are you doing tonight?" He asked her, looking at her in her face. He usually didn't look girls in the eyes when he was nervous, but hey.. It's alright to change every once in a while. I mean, this girl probably knows more about him just over two hours than any girlfriend or friend ever had.

"If I don't get what I want," she wasn't sure if she had said it as a question or a statement. Nicole wasn't even sure if she actually cared about what the rest of what he said was going to be. With a sigh she got up out of the chair and pushed her hood down.
Slowly she ran her fingers through her hair as if she was thinking. "Well I'm not gross. I'm perfectly ungross." she giggled. And she held up both hands. "And I have two hands. Not one and that's not my fault I almost ended up with one hand.
"Sunglasses Mister," she held out her hand waiting for him to give them back. They were going to go outside. Outside meant sun which meant she was going to actually need them unlike inside. "Tonight, hanging out with you?" she smirked

Julian watched Nicole stand up and put her hood over her head. He stood up, shortly after. He pushed in his chair and stood there across the table.
"You're right- you're perfectly ungross." He told her, smirking. "BUT- I think it would still be your fault if you cut your hand off.." He laughed and stuck his hands in his pockets, feeling the sunglasses inside.
Julian's eyebrows raised, surprised she remembered them. "I'm going to hold you to that-" He said about the hanging out. "I think I should keep them.. And I'll give them to you tonight. When you 'hang out with me.'" He said, putting quotations around the last part. He honestly didn't believe her.

Nicole crossed her arms and pretended to pout when he wouldn't give her the sunglasses and then with the air quotes. She had a feeling he didn't quite believe her, but she wouldn't believe her either. Honestly she was gonna try to hang out with him tonight but who ever knew. Slowly she made her way out of the library.
Outside it was warmer then in there and she pulled her sweashirt off. Underneath she had on a white tank top that was kind of see through. "It still wouldn't be my fault if you thought I cut off my own hand," she chuckled.
"If you give them to me tonight I won't be able to wear them and somehow you'll managed to take them away from me." She sat down on the bench outside the library.

Julian waved her off as she pretended to pout. He walked with her outside of the library- the sun hitting him in the eyes. He realized why she needed the sunglasses.
He watched her take off her sweatshirt, trying not to stare. He looked at her as his eyes flowed down to her feet and up to her face. "Who's fault would it be, then?" He asked her, forgetting to smile as he looked at her.
He stood in front of the bench she sat on. "Can I sit down? Or are you waiting on someone?" He asked, quietly. He shrugged and pulled the sunglasses out of his pocket. "I can give them to you.. I mean- if we hang out, then we do. It's all up to you. Give me your number." He told her, not really asking.

Quickly she grabbed her sunglasses and gave them a small hug before putting them on. "No you can sit," she said with a smile. She held her phone out to him so he could call his phone with hers. The reason being she didn't know her number by heart let alone any one elses. "Im not waiting for anyone I don't actually have anyone to wait for," she leaned back on the bench.
She shrugged and frowned. "Im not sure whos fault it would be, but it wouldn't be mine," she said with a chuckle. For some reason it felt awkward around the two now. "We can always hand out right now. Did you or did you not promise me a smoke/"

He smiled and rolled his eyes as she hugged her glasses. He sat next to her, close- but not too close. He took her phone and called his own phone. He saved his own number in her phone as "The Hottest Man Alive" and saved her as "The shit" in his own phone. He laughed as he did so.
He felt the slight akwardness in the air, but it wasn't coming from him. "Yeah.. I did promise you that." He told her. "Where would we smoke? I have it in my car." He said, pointing to the 2001, black gallant sitting in a parking spot not too far from them.

She took her phone back and put it in her pocket without looking at it. Knowing her if she would've seen in she would've made some smart ass comment about her. Luckily for Julian she didn't see it. Nicole looked over at his car and then she pointed to the 2009 white Escalde a few cars away from his.
"Well my car is right there. We can do it wherever. My car or yours or if you prefer outside," she shrugged. Honestly she didn't car where they smoked. Outside or inside it didn't really make a big difference to her.

Julian looked at her Escalade in shock. "How'd you afford that??" He asked her. "I had to buy my own car." He said, feeling quite un acomplished.
"Let's smoke in your car.. I wanna see the inside." He said, still pondering over her car and it's affordability. He stood up from the bench and pulled his keys out of pocket, walking towards his car. He unlocked and opened the door. He bent over and pulled a sack and papers out from the middle consele. He shoved them into his pocket and walked back over to Nicole. "I'll have to roll it up in your car." He told her.

Nicole got up and pulled the keys out of her back pocket with a shrug. "A gift, after I crashed the last one," she muttered hitting the unlock button as she walked over to the car. Robert would do anything to stop her bitching. And this car, well it had stopped her for a while.
"That's fine," she opened her door and got inside. Nicole put the keys in the ignition. Quickly she turned down the stero's volume as it filled the car with Hollywood Undead. "My bad," she chuckled

Julian's eyebrows raised at her. "So, you're rich? Or your parents are- I mean." He asked her. "And how did you wreck?- Actually, nevermind- I'm sure I already know." He said, smiling to himself.
Julian went around to the other side of the escalade and opened the door after she unlocked it. He got in and pulled the sac and papers out, setting them on the middle consele. His brow furrowed and he looked at her with one hand over his ear as her music turned on. "What the fuck is this?" He asked, not liking the unfortunate music choice. He pulled out one paper and began breaking up the weed, right next to it on the consele. Julian was an expert roller. He put the weed gentley into the paper and put spit, just enough to wear it would stick, on the opening.
He held it up after putting the lighter to it, but not lighting it. "I'll give you first hit." He said to her, handing her the joint and lighter.

Nicole shrugged. "Actually they are pretty wealthy." She wasn't going to lie about it she felt no need. Her father was a district attorney and her mother a public relations manager for some company Nicole could never remember or care to remember. Together the two made more then enough to spoil the girl.
"What do you mean what the fuck is this? It's Hollywood Undead. What the hell do you listen to," she turned the volume down as "Young" came on. But it was still loud enough for the two to hear it and she hummed along with it.
That is until Julian handed her the joint and the lighter. With a smile she flicked the lighter on and off a few times. Finally she lit the joint and placed it in between her lips. Nicole inhaled and waited till she could feel her lungs with smoke. Silently she counted to tena nd then she exhaled. With a smile she passed him the joint. "Thanks."

He said nothing more on the subject of wealthiness. He didn't want to talk about it, anymore. He wasn't rich- his family wasn't rich- he didn't know about that kind of life. He wasn't dirt poor or anything, but people would consider his family "lower middle class."
He listened to the music for a moment and shrugged. "This just isn't my time of music. I don't even know who this is- I like classic rock.. CCR, Guns N Roses- Stuff like that. Have you ever heard of them?" He asked her.
"Yup." He said. That was kind've his way of saying you're welcome. He held the joint in his mouth, inhaling twice. He held it in until he couldn't anymore- coughing into his sleeve as he handed the joint back to her.
